September 2007 PPP has just taken delivery of a new Haitian HTF320w machine. This has increased the shot size of moulded components we are able to produce to 845grms in PS.
June 2006 PPP has invested in a rapid prototyping machine to further develop its service to its customers. The SST dimension machine prints abs models in a variety of colours in 0.25mm layers. The build size is 200mm (x) x 200mm (y) x 300mm (z).
July 2005 July has seen the addition of a further moulding machine, a 58T Haitian. This compliments PPP's growing plant list of Haitian machines. We now have in production the following Haitian models 58T, 80T, 110T, 150T and 200T. Future plans are to replace a 270T Sandretto with a 360T Haitian machine.
March 2005 Premier takes delivery of an 80T and a 150T Haitian machine. The 150T machine is shown at the PDM 2005 exhibition held at Telford by sister company Premier Moulding Machinery and is now back in production at Premiers Aylesbury factory.
July 2004 Premier are proud to announce that they are now distributors in the UK and Ireland for Haitian Injection moulding Machines. This new venture sees PPP launch PMM (Premier Moulding Machinery) to offer the great value and quality of these machines to other users in the UK market. June 2004 As part of our continued investment programme this year has seen the addition of two new Haitian injection moulding machines. These machines give us greater control and ease of use than previous machines, product repeatability has become easy to achieve. 01/05/2003 New Plant Early may and we have taken delivery of an Arburg 40T allrounder. This will give us better control of some of the smaller components that we manufacture. It also allows us to manufacture smaller tools to save our customers money.
01/10/2002 New Plant October has seen the delivery of a 270T Sandretto moulding machine. This further increases our capacity both in physical component size and in component weight, which is now a maximum of 790 grms in Polystyrene.
01/08/2002 Growth and Expansion We have doubled our floor space by taking on a vacant unit (attached to our current unit) and taking down the partition wall. This further increases our capacity to undertake larger assembly contracts and gives us the room for more injection moulding equipment.
22/10/2001 PPP Appointed official MouseBean manufacturer We have recently secured the contract to manufacture the new Mousebean ergonomic wrist rest for your mouse. Moulded from polyacetal and TPE the parts are moulded, ultrasonically welded, printed and packed by PPP. This is a new and exciting product for us to be involved with and we are looking forward to its official release.
26/07/2001 NEW PLANT We have taken delivery of a new chiller unit supplied by ICS Industrial cooling. This further expands our capacity to enable us to run more machinery.
01/04/2001 GROWTH AND EXPANSION We have hit our sales target for 2000/2001 with a month to spare. We would like to thank all of our customers for their support throughout the year. We hope that our success has played a part in your own success. Our extra space is being rapidly filled with new plant and equipment, we welcome all new clients to share in our success for 2001/2002. 01/02/2001 INCREASE IN CAPACITY February has seen the delivery of some new manufacturing equipment. We have increased our capacity with the addition of 1 new Krauss Maffei 120 Tonne CNC controlled injection moulding machine. In addition we have expanded our ancillary equipment with two new tool temperature controllers. 10/01/2001 MOVED INTO NEW PREMISES We have completed our move into our new premises without any major hitches. We have new purpose built offices and more floor space so are better placed to serve our customers in this new year. 24/11/2000 WE ARE MOVING Due to our rapid growth over the last 12 months, we are moving to a larger premises. With over five times the space of our current building , we are increasing our capacity, so we can continue to offer the high level of service you expect from us. To enable a quick and smooth move, we will be closed for business from the evening of Wednesday 6th December and will re-open Monday 11th December at 7.30am.
