Moulding Facilities
Using state of the art cnc controlled
moulding equipment PPP can offer a fast turnaround, quick tool setting and repeatability.
Our machines range from 58T up to 270T with a maximum shot weight of 750
Grams in Polystyrene.
Ultrasonic welding
Ultrasonic welding is the ideal way to
assemble high or low voulme component parts making individual parts in an
assembly as strong as a single component. Ultrasonic welding is shown here
in the production and assembly of the Mousebean product.
